Terms of Use

  1. General. Puzzle Exchange (puzzle.lv, "the Site") is operated by [OWNER] ("we", "the Administration"). The Site is a free, non-commercial platform where users publish listings of jigsaw puzzles for sale, for free or for swap, and contact each other. By creating an account you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy.
  2. Accounts. You must be at least 16 years old. You must provide accurate information, keep your password confidential and are responsible for all activity under your account. One person — one account.
  3. Your content. You are solely responsible for the listings, photos, messages, ratings and any other content you publish. You confirm that you own the puzzles you list and have the rights to the photos you upload. You grant us a free, non-exclusive licence to store and display this content on the Site for as long as it is published.
  4. Prohibited content and behaviour. It is forbidden to publish or send:
    • items that are not jigsaw puzzles or puzzle accessories;
    • counterfeit goods or items you don't own;
    • anything illegal, or offers of weapons, drugs, medicines, alcohol, tobacco or other restricted goods;
    • pornographic, sexually explicit or obscene material, and any content that sexualises minors;
    • violent, hateful, discriminatory, threatening or harassing content, including in nicknames and avatars;
    • content that infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights of third parties;
    • personal data of other people without their consent;
    • spam, advertising of other services or shops, links to external marketplaces, chain letters;
    • fraud, phishing, requests for card details or passwords, or attempts to mislead other users;
    • malware or attempts to disrupt, scrape or gain unauthorised access to the Site.
  5. Moderation. We may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice or explanation, review, edit, hide, reject or delete any content and any user data on the Site, and suspend or permanently block any account. Listings may be reviewed before they are published.
  6. Deals between users. The Site is not a party to any sale, swap or gift. We do not process payments, do not guarantee the quality, safety or legality of items, the truthfulness of listings, or the ability of users to complete a deal. Any dispute is between the users concerned.
  7. Ratings. Ratings must be honest and based on a real deal. Manipulating ratings is forbidden.
  8. Limitation of liability. The Site is provided "as is" without any warranty. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from the use of the Site or from dealings between users, or for temporary unavailability of the Site.
  9. Reporting. Use the "Report" button or write to [EMAIL] to report content that violates these Terms or the law.
  10. Changes. We may update these Terms. We will ask you to accept material changes the next time you log in.
  11. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
